non-transferable.

Travellers' names must match government-issued photo IDs exactly to avoid being
denied boarding and/or paying a correction fee.
Prices may not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline. Free
baggage allowance is provided to the applicable itineraries only, varying according to the

Insurance / Travel Insurance:- The company strongly recommends that the client
takes out adequate travel insurance via a third party insurance company to get the
tickets insured.
Changes:- We can accommodate any change request for which you will have to pay
an amendment fee of USD 50.00 per booking plus the airlines change fee and the fare
difference (if any). We will not be able to cater for any change request, if it is not
permitted as per the fare rules.
Cancellation:- All tickets are refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase with
a minimal service fee payable. After 24 hours, the tickets are completely
non-refundable. Any airline refunds/future credits are subject to each airline's fare rules,
policies and procedures.
Force Majeure:- We accept no responsibility and shall not be liable in respect of any
loss, damage, alterations, delays or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances
beyond our control, such as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute
including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disaster, fire or
adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellation of schedules by scheduled airlines. You can check the
