- A cancellation request must only be made by calling our toll free 1888-910-0597.We do not accept date change request over the email or chat.
- The cancellation request is considered confirmed or completed accepted only after we send you an email confirming that the cancellation request has been accepted and processed.
- All Travel products can be however cancelled without any penalty within 24 hours of your booking. You would receive a full refund apart from the service fee, which can be $25- $50 USD.
- All cancellations must be done over the phone only.

We can accept refund requests only when the required conditions are met :
- That the cancellation was applied and the fare rules permit a cancellation or a refund.
- That you have not missed your flight No show As most of such situations make you in-eligible for waivers or refunds.
- We are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
- Refunds can take up to 60 to 90 days to reflect in the original form of payment from the day we send you a confirmation receipt of your cancellation request. The confirmation email itself is not a guarantee of the refund however it is a notification in writing to confirm that the cancellation process has been initiated upon your request.
- In certain situations , the airlines may provide you with a future credit, that can be used up to 365 days from the date of cancellation , however at the time of reusing this credit , you will be charge a re-booking fees , that could be up to $300.00 USD.
